Bridge Building and Ceremony
First United Methodist Church
May 20th - 21th, 2007

When we arrived back at the F.U.M.C. from Scout Skills camping on Sunday 5/20/07 at 11:30 a.m., Walt Sturrock bought pizza and soda for the people who where going to work on building the bridge. At about 12:30 p.m. we started to unload J.R.'s truck. He was on crutches so he could not get around to easily and was in pain. Then we started assembling the bridge in Trevor Hall. When we finished assembling all the poles, we tied rope on the bridge so the new scouts could walk across it. When we where almost finished we put caution tape around it. We finished at about 2 p.m..

The next day at 6 p.m. we attended the bridging ceremony for the Webelos from Pack 225 as they walked across on the bridge and became official Boy Scouts of Troop 209. At about 7:40 p.m. we disassembled it. Then we left at about 8 p.m..
